Hey All,

Well, it happened! A few weeks ago I shared that I was holding myself back because of fear of what high school dudes would say. I recently posted about an event I'm speaking at where they cheekily refer to me as a "Sexpert." Right on cue, a guy from high school (who I haven’t spoken to in over 22 years) commented saying “how does one become a sexpert?”

At first I read the comment as a dig, so I crafted a million sassy responses in my head. (Happy to share what I came up with if you're interested...they were good!) Then I thought about it. It’s not only a fair question, it gives me an amazing opportunity to answer it!

What makes me an "expert" to teach women how to get back into their groove? Here’s what I’ve got so far, please feel free to respond with edits!!!

I’ve spent years gathering info and breaking down HOW to delete the old programming I had around what I was supposed to be and supposed to want regarding my sensuality. I found tangible tools to unlearn the habit of being performative, unlearn the belief that my body needed tweaking to be beautiful and unlearn the idea that I needed someone else to introduce me to my maximum pleasure. Now that I’ve spent enough time working on it for myself, I’ve started sharing it with other women.

I am learning how to let myself be big - in my natural state - instead of making myself smaller to make my partner feel big.

3 things I will no longer do:

  1. Pretend something feels good when it doesn’t. (In and out of bed!)

  2. Say “I don’t care” or “I don’t know” when I absolutely DO!

  3. Laugh at dumb-ass jokes to make a man feel good. UP YOUR GAME!

*This doesn't make me mean...it makes me REAL!

I let my energy be exactly what it is and know that regardless of who comes along (or not) I’m living fully in my perfectly imperfect skin.

I’m an expert at being ME. Unapologetically.

I'm an expert at learning to love my body and showing other women how I did it.

I'm an expert at core-shaking, multiple orgasms AND I know how to guide women through how to do it for themselves. (That one was hard to write "out-loud" - no shame, no shame, no shame!!! It's a process!!!!)

Being an expert doesn't mean I know everything. It doesn't mean I know more than every other person teaching this work. It means I know exactly what I'm supposed to know today. And when a client shows up with something I don't know, we'll figure it out together.

Come be an expert in your own sensuality. Be an expert at YOUR truth.

As always, reach out with ANY questions, comments or to learn more about how we can change the world together.

Sending you a ton of love,
Lizzi
