It’s time to learn how to ground your energy and regain your inner power.  Class will include a strengthening vinyasa flow practice, so be ready to get your sweat on while we steady your energy!  We will also explore pranayama (breath) and meditation techniques to make sure you have the tools to help yourself when you need a lifeline.  All levels are welcome and highly encouraged!
